VIGILIX, LLC ("VIGILIX", "we", "us") provides remote monitoring and management software for point-of-sale environments. We are headquartered at 411 University Ridge, Greenville, South Carolina 29601, United States.

This policy explains what information we collect through vigilix.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to inquiries you send us through it. It does not cover the VIGILIX platform itself, which is governed by the agreements we sign with our partners.

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company name, the type of business you represent, how you heard about us, and the contents of your message. Submitting a form also records your consent to us storing and processing that information.

Scheduling information. If you book a call through our scheduling link, the booking is handled by Calendly and includes the name, email address, and meeting details you enter there.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically logs standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use this only to operate and secure the site.

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct demos, evaluate whether VIGILIX is a fit for your business, and follow up with relevant communications you have agreed to receive.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to your relationship with VIGILIX.

Form submissions are stored in HubSpot, the customer relationship management platform we use to manage inquiries and partner relationships. Call bookings are processed by Calendly. We share personal information only with service providers like these that help us operate our business, or when required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain our business relationship with you or your company. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting purposes.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You may also unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information with appropriate safeguards.

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
